Hi there - does the aluminium section 25.4mm x 1.6mm have filleted or curved outer edges please? Thanks: As these are extruded they come with a sharp outer corner.
I am interesting in buying some 25.4mm x 25.4mm x 1.6mm (1" x 1" x 16swg) Aluminium Box Section. What size tube connectors would I need for this?: We do not sell a connector specifically designed for this box section. Our 25mm connectors are manufactured for use with the 25mm box with 1.5mm wall thickness. We know many customers use them for other items, but we cannot guarantee their efficacy.
If I order custom lengths how accurate will the lengths be: Thank you for your question, our current saws and guillotines cut to a tolerance of -0 +3mm.
