We won't be beaten on price
If you can find the same metal in the same size elsewhere online for a cheaper price then we will match it.
In order to provide the most competitive price for our customers, we constantly monitor market pricing. If you find a cheaper item that we’ve missed, then let us know and we’ll update our pricing to match. We strive to offer our customers first class service and regardless of whether you need a small custom cut or a large bulk order we aim to offer the best possible prices.
The cheaper price must be from a UK based retailer, in stock online and available at the time of purchase from metals4U. The item must be for sale in brand new condition. The metals4U Price Promise excludes purchases from 'marketplace' retailers (eg ebay, amazon etc).
Simply contact us with the details of where you saw the cheaper price prior to placing your order, and we will do the rest.
Bulk Discounts
We now offer bulk discounts on all orders over £1000. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on the value of your basket*. The discount rates are as follows:
- 5% discount on all orders above £1000
- 10% discount on all orders above £2000
* Please note basket value is calculated excluding VAT and Delivery
