If the value of your order is £85 or more (excluding VAT) we will deliver for free within mainland England, Wales & Central Scotland (see rate table below for other areas).

We reserve the right to apply a delivery surcharge on orders that are heavy, long or being delivered to a non-mainland UK address. If additional charges apply we will contact you prior to the order being dispatched at which point you will have the option to pay the surcharge or cancel the order.

Scottish Highlands AB1-3, AB5, AB9-16, AB21-25, AB30-45, AB54-56, IV1-64, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH17-26, PH30-35, PH37-44, PH49-50.
Scottish Islands HS1-9, IV41-51 KA27, KW15-17, PA20, PA42-49, PA60-67, PA80-88, ZE1-3.
Please note we are not currently delivering to the Channel Isles.

Delivery of Heavy Goods and High Value Orders.
If your order is over £1,000 or weighs over 70kg we will arrange for a specialist courier free of charge. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. The courier will contact you when en route to your delivery location. Please ensure the correct mobile number is on the order.
When will you deliver?
We aim to keep all products listed on our website in stock, and over 90% of orders are dispatched for delivery on the next working day. Please allow up to 4 working days for standard delivery (England, Wales, and central Scotland only). Occasionally if we are awaiting stock of an item delivery may be extended by a few days; if delivery of your order is going to be delayed longer than this one of our customer service staff will contact you to advise of the delay and, where required, offer an alternative or a refund.
Please note that despatch may take a little longer if your order requires a large volume of material cuts.
Can I specify a delivery date and time?
For medium and large packages, our delivery services offer customers the option to specify a delivery date post-dispatch from our warehouse. If your package is eligible you should receive a delivery notification from our shipping provider via email or text; please follow their link to change the delivery date and select your desired delivery date. Please note, due to the majority of our orders being delivered next day, this option is only available for a limited period of time after dispatch from our warehouse. Once your consignment is out for delivery this option may no longer be available. Due to the size and weight of some of our orders we are unable to offer timed delivery slots. Deliveries are made between 08.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday.
For our smaller items, on the day of the delivery customers will be notified of the date and a 4 hour delivery time window. Customers are able to choose delivery to a neighbour, a 'safe place', or can collect their parcel from a local depot. Delivery of smaller items may occur 7 days a week.
It’s easy to collect your order using our free collection service that can be selected at checkout. To ensure that your order is ready when you come to collect, we ask that you give us a call on 01937 534318 to let us know an approximate collection time. If you need the order same day, then please do give us a call as soon as you’ve placed the order and we will do our upmost to accommodate this. Please note our opening times for collections is Mon-Thurs: 08:30 – 17:00 & Friday: 09:00 - 16:30. On arrival, please park in the reserved Customer parking space, come through the main front door with your order number ready and one of the team will be happy to help you.
