If the value of your order is £125 or more (excluding VAT) we will deliver for free within mainland England, Wales & Central Scotland (see rate table below for other areas).

We reserve the right to apply a delivery surcharge on orders that are heavy or being delivered to a non-mainland UK address. In the rare cases where additional charges apply, we will contact you before your order is processed. At this stage, you will have the option to pay the surcharge, cancel the order, or wait to see if we can combine delivery with other orders to help reduce the cost where possible.

Scottish Highlands AB1-3, AB5, AB9-16, AB21-25, AB30-56, IV1-64, KW0-14, PA20-78, PH15-50.
Scottish Islands FK17-FK21, HS1-9, IV41-51 KA27-28, KW15-17, PA80-88, ZE1-3.
Please note we are not currently delivering to the Channel Isles or the Isles of Scilly.

Delivery of Heavy Goods and High Value Orders.
If your order is over £1,000 or weighs over 70kg we will arrange for a specialist courier free of charge. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. The courier will contact you when en route to your delivery location. Please ensure the correct mobile number is on the order.
When will you deliver?
We aim to keep all products shown on our website in stock and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are sent using a next working day courier service; however, next day delivery is not guaranteed. Once despatched, we recommend allowing up to 3 working days for delivery within England, Wales, and central Scotland. (If you require guaranteed next day delivery, please see below)
Please note that orders requiring a high volume of cuts or additional processing may take slightly longer to dispatch.
In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable or there is a stock issue affecting your order, a member of our Customer Service team will contact you to discuss the available options, which may include an alternative product or a refund.
Can I specify a delivery date and time?
For medium and large packages, our delivery services offer customers the option to specify a delivery date post-dispatch from our warehouse. If your package is eligible you should receive a delivery notification from our shipping provider via email or text; please follow their link to change the delivery date and select your desired delivery date. Please note, due to the majority of our orders being delivered next day, this option is only available for a limited period of time after dispatch from our warehouse. Once your consignment is out for delivery this option may no longer be available. Due to the size and weight of some of our orders we are unable to offer timed delivery slots. Deliveries are made between 08.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday.
For our smaller items, on the day of the delivery customers will be notified of the date and a 4 hour delivery time window. Customers are able to choose delivery to a neighbour, a 'safe place', or can collect their parcel from a local depot. Delivery of smaller items may occur 7 days a week.
Guaranteed Same & Next Day Delivery
For same day guaranteed delivery the order must be placed before 12pm and only for particular products. Delivery must be within viable postcodes. Collection Service
It’s easy to collect your order using our free collection service that can be selected at checkout. To ensure that your order is ready when you come to collect, we ask that you give us a call on 01937 534318 to let us know an approximate collection time. If you need the order same day, then please do give us a call as soon as you’ve placed the order and we will do our upmost to accommodate this. Please note our opening times for collections is Mon-Thurs: 08:30 – 17:00 & Friday: 09:00 - 16:30. We are located at Sandbeck Way, Sandbeck Industrial Estate, Wetherby, Leeds, LS22 7DN. On arrival, please park in the reserved Customer parking space, come through the main front door with your order number ready and one of the team will be happy to help you.
