The Materials: Aluminium for Strength & Versatility

To achieve the ideal balance of strength and lightweight durability, our customer turned to Aluminium materials from metals4U:

• 19mm Aluminium Box Section – forming the strong framework of the basket
• 20mm Aluminium Angle – providing rigidity and clean structural edges
• Aluminium Bar – adding support and reinforcing the structure for heavy-duty use

These materials were carefully cut, assembled, and welded into a bespoke frame that not only meets practical needs but also looks the part on top of a Land Rover.
