Does this aluminium have a Matt finish?: Mill finish means this item is just as it comes off the milling machinery at the foundry; it is likely to have some surface scratches and minor pitting. It is not treated or polished in any way.
How accurately is the 0.9mm sheet cut to the specified custom size?: Our cutting tolerances are -0mm to +3mm.
can you use magnets on this? an can you paint it as well?: Aluminium is not magnetic, but can be painted.
