Taking on one of the most unique upcycling projects, Jason has transformed a 1992 U.S. fire truck into a fully functional, eye-catching food truck. Now operating across the UK, this repurposed vehicle dishes out gourmet street food at corporate events, festivals, and public gatherings.

A Rolling Revival

What was once racing to emergencies is now rolling up to cater for parties. Jason planned and executed this conversion, turning a retired fire engine into a commercial-grade mobile kitchen. The result is a food truck that is not only practical but also a conversation starter at every event it visits.
