DIY Wheeled Platforms Made from Aluminium Plate

Our customer purchased two 550mm square sheets of aluminium plate, delivered promptly and securely packaged to ensure they arrived in perfect condition. With the materials in hand, the build began.
Step 1: Shaping the Plates
Using a jigsaw, the aluminium sheets were carefully cut into two perfect circles. Any sharp edges were smoothed out to ensure safety and a clean finish.
Step 2: Preparing for Mobility
Next, holes were marked and drilled for four 75mm swivel wheels per plate. The precision in marking and drilling ensured that the wheels would provide stability and smooth movement.
Step 3: Assembling the Platforms
The wheels were bolted onto each plate using stainless steel nuts and bolts, creating a sturdy, reliable platform capable of supporting various projects or equipment.
