Sanding Discs

Alox sanding discs get their name from the aluminium oxide abrasive material used for deburring, finishing, and polishing a range of metals, including mild steel, iron, aluminium, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and can also be used on wood. The alox sanding disc range is available in 24, 36, 60, 80, and 100 grit presentations. Zirconium sanding discs have grain particles of zirconia as it is abrasive material. Zirconia has more strength and a higher resistance to heat than aluminium oxide, which makes these sanding discs a good choice for high pressure grinding and heavier grinding applications. Our zirconium disc range is available in a choice of 36, 60, 80, and 100 grit presentations.
