Welding Sprays

Anti spatter welding sprays are used to increase the life of shrouds and welding tips by preventing spatter from sticking to the area around the weld. Anti spatter sprays do not affect the porosity of the welds. Our weld crack detection sprays are supplied as a three-phase system: the cleaner removes residue from the weld, the penetrant seeps into any cracks, and the developer turns the penetrant bright pink to show where any problem areas are in a weld.
