Standard Delivery
We aim to keep all of the products listed on our website in stock but on fast moving lines there are instances when an item could become out of stock after your order has been placed. On these occasions you will be notified the same day.
Delivery charges start from £10 for standard sized items and from £18.50 for large items (final delivery charge will be calculated at checkout based on item size and location). Whilst orders are despatched on a next day delivery service we cannot guarantee next day delivery. Please be aware delivery can take up to 4 working days (England, Wales and Central Scotland only).
Delivery of Heavy Goods and High Value Orders
If your order contains a single item that weighs over 70kg or is over £1000 we will arrange for a specialist courier free of charge. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. The courier will contact you when en route to your delivery location. Please ensure the correct mobile number is on the order.
Please note that despatch may take a little longer if your order requires a large volume of material cuts.

Collection Service
It’s easy to collect your order using our free collection service that can be selected at checkout. To ensure that your order is ready when you come to collect, we ask that you give us a call on 01937 534318 to let us know an approximate collection time. If you need the order same day, then please do give us a call as soon as you’ve placed the order and we will do our upmost to accommodate this. Please note we are based in Wetherby, LS22 7DN and our opening times for collections is Mon-Thurs: 08:30 – 17:00 & Friday: 09:00 - 16:30. On arrival, please park in the reserved Customer parking space, come through the main front door with your order number ready and one of the team will be happy to help you.
Please note that the grain direction runs along the length of this product on full size sheets. If you are purchasing a piece where both dimensions are below 1250mm then you can specify your preferred grain direction in the order comments at checkout.
Please state “grain direction along shortest (or longest) dimension”.
Do you file or deburr the edges/corners in any way or is the splashback supplied as cut?
We do not deburr the edges. We cut all our sheet by guillotine however, so the cuts will be clean.
Is this splash back magnetic.
The only item we sell that we advertise specifically as magnetic is the Stainless Steel Magnetic Board (product code 12300). We would not be able to assure you that the stainless steel splashback would work in a similar way.
Do you drill holes to attach it to wall
Apart from cutting to length we are unable to undertake any further forms of fabrication, therefore cannot drill items. Depending on the suitability of the wall to which it is being attached, thin splashbacks are often attached using adhesive; it may be that drilling is not required.
Can you cut out holes for power sockets in the splash back? And if not, how difficult would it be for a builder to do this on site?
Thank you for your question, unfortunately we do not offer a fabrication service, we would advise to speak to your builder regarding this.
Hi, might be a silly questing but when you say 0.9mm do you mean 9mm, as 0.9mm would be paper thin? Thank you

How is it fitted?!
Hello, this really is personal preference. Some customers fix it directly to the wall using adhesive whilst other customers choose to screw it onto the wall.
What direction is the satin finish running length or width?
Hello, this is not specified as it depends on how you are fitting the sheet. If you place an order with us and would like the grain running in a particular direction, please call us and we can arrange this for you.
do your offer custom made splashbacks ie inverted T shape 2900mm wide with a central hieght of 720mm with cut outs for double sockets?
Hello, thank you for your query. We do offer custom cutting on our splashback however we are only able to cut squares or rectangles. As we use a guillotine to cut our sheet metal we are also unable to cut out any shapes from the middle of the sheet. Thank you for checking this with us!

Thank you for your email. This is difficult for us to advise unfortunately. We do not bend our materials ourselves so we do not have the required expertise to answer this. It can also depend on the method you are planning on using to do this.
We would recommend speaking to a fabricator as they should be able to answer this in more depth. We hope this helps!
