What is polished stainless steel and what is it used for?
Our polished stainless-steel range of products are manufactured from 304 grade steel. 304 grade has excellent formability and welding properties, machinability is classed as fair and corrosion resistance is good.
We stock a ranged of polished stainless-steel in angle, channel, flat bar and polished stainless steel tube presentations.
Our range of polished stainless steel is supplied in two polished finishes- bright polished and brushed polished. Both are suitable for decorative uses; however, the smoother finish of the bright polish surface offers improved corrosion resistance; the bright polish profiles are particularly well suited for use around swimming pool and other marine environments.
