The quality of the stainless steel was excellent
The quality of the stainless steel sheet itself was, as always, exactly as we expected and wanted, thank you, however the delivery itself was disappointing. All 4 sheets were handled badly in the delivery process, all corners were bent and edges had numerous dents.

good company with good communication
We have used this company several times and the delivery has always been quick. The latest order we raised in the morning and in the afternoon we received an email saying they had no stock but expected new stock soon. The following day I called to see what the delay would be, to be told new stock had arrived and would be shipped that day. The communication was great I knew it wasn't going to arrive the following day and when I spoke to the office the guy I spoke to was friendly and helpful and positive who sounded confident the goods had arrived and would be shipped that day.
