Service with a smile - and great prices.
I needed a very small order of brass rod and sheet aluminium to build a model yacht. Metals4U cut the stuff to the right sizes, bundled them up and left them on a shelf until I could call in on my way to Newcastle. On the phone, taking the order, and in the office handing it over, they couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with - at a remarkably reasonable price.

Your service is fine but your delivery company is dreadful. DX were meant to deliver next day, but it was three days before I received the delivery. I tried contacting them on several occasions but to no avail.

I wanted some 3/8" diameter brass bar
I wanted some 3/8" diameter brass bar. I rang metals4u and they were very helpful, I placed my order with them straight away. The order arrived within 3 days, but might have been quicker had I not ordered it on a Friday afternoon. I will certainly be using them again.
