Over the past year, we have had the opportunity to support a range of projects, and some stand out for their creativity and effort.
One of those was our work with Summerhill School's Jewellery Club in 2025.
Supporting a creative project
Summerhill School reached out to us to ask if we could provide materials for their Jewellery Club. The aim was to allow students to work with metal and create something of their own.
It is the kind of project we are always keen to support—hands-on, practical, and focused on learning by doing.
We were happy to help.
Working towards Mother's Day
The students used the materials to design and make decorative metal flowers for Mother's Day.
Each piece reflected the time and care that had gone into it. No two were the same, and that is what made them stand out. It was clear the students had put real thought into what they were creating.
More than just the finished piece
Projects like this are not only about the final result. They are about building confidence, learning new skills, and giving students the chance to see what they can achieve.
It is always good to see materials used in ways that encourage creativity and practical learning.
Looking back
The finished flowers were a great result and reflected the effort the students put into the project.
We are proud to have supported Summerhill School and to have played a small part in what the Jewellery Club achieved.

Looking back, this was a simple project with a clear outcome, but it made a real impact on the students involved.
