Standard Delivery
We aim to keep all of the products listed on our website in stock but on fast moving lines there are instances when an item could become out of stock after your order has been placed. On these occasions you will be notified the same day.
Delivery charges start from £10 for standard sized items and from £18.50 for large items (final delivery charge will be calculated at checkout based on item size and location). Whilst orders are despatched on a next day delivery service we cannot guarantee next day delivery. Please be aware delivery can take up to 4 working days (England, Wales and Central Scotland only).
Guaranteed Same & Next Day Delivery
For same day guaranteed delivery, the order must be placed before 12pm and only for particular products. Delivery must be within viable postcodes. To check if your order can qualify for same/next day delivery and to obtain a quote for this premium delivery service then please call Customer Services on 01937534318.
Delivery of Heavy Goods and High Value Orders
If your order contains a single item that weighs over 70kg or is over £1000 we will arrange for a specialist courier free of charge. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. The courier will contact you when en route to your delivery location. Please ensure the correct mobile number is on the order.
Please note that despatch may take a little longer if your order requires a large volume of material cuts.

Collection Service
It’s easy to collect your order using our free collection service that can be selected at checkout. To ensure that your order is ready when you come to collect, we ask that you give us a call on 01937 534318 to let us know an approximate collection time. If you need the order same day, then please do give us a call as soon as you’ve placed the order and we will do our upmost to accommodate this. Please note we are based in Wetherby, LS22 7DN and our opening times for collections is Mon-Thurs: 08:30 – 17:00 & Friday: 09:00 - 16:30. On arrival, please park in the reserved Customer parking space, come through the main front door with your order number ready and one of the team will be happy to help you.
As we cut using a guillotine we can only cut into squares or rectangles.
What’s the finish like on the back?
The back of the product does not have a protective film protecting it's finish, so will have scratching and blemishes.
Are edges of the unbreakable mirrors smooth and corners rounded please?
Due to the unbreakable mirror being cut on a guillotine it will have straight sharp edges and the corners will not be rounded and there should be no burrs
Are these mirrors pre-drilled for fixing to the wall?
Apart from cutting to size, we are unable to undertake any forms of fabrication, and therefore do not drill holes in items prior to despatch.
Hi there, would I be able to powdercoat this without adhésion issues?

Hello. As we do not offer this service ourselves it is difficult for us to give advice. We would recommend speaking to a powder coater to get the in depth information on this service.
Can I cut a rectangle slot in the mirror to fit over my concealed shower valve knobs

Hi is the mirror 100% reflection like a true mirror or is it highly polished metal? How would you fix it I to an external wall? Is it weather proof?

Thank you for your query. This is highly polished metal but could not be described as a true mirror. It is very difficult to polish a metal to have the 100% same clarity as a mirror.
We usually recommend using a sealant for indoors but for outdoors most customers use screws and drill the sheet onto the wall. This is stainless steel so has excellent durability and corrosion resistance.
