what is the internal diameter I need to insert a 35mm diameter tube: The ID is the OD minus twice the wall thickness: 38.1 - (2 x 1.5) = 35.1mm. Given these tubes are not advertised as seamless, and given production tolerances, we would suggest you will not be able to fit a 35mm tube into this product.
