Standard Delivery
We aim to keep all of the products listed on our website in stock but on fast moving lines there are instances when an item could become out of stock after your order has been placed. On these occasions you will be notified the same day.
Delivery charges start from £10 for standard sized items and from £18.50 for large items (final delivery charge will be calculated at checkout based on item size and location). Whilst orders are despatched on a next day delivery service we cannot guarantee next day delivery. Please be aware delivery can take up to 4 working days (England, Wales and Central Scotland only).
Guaranteed Same & Next Day Delivery
For same day guaranteed delivery, the order must be placed before 12pm and only for particular products. Delivery must be within viable postcodes. Delivery of Heavy Goods and High Value Orders
If your order contains a single item that weighs over 70kg or is over £1000 we will arrange for a specialist courier free of charge. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. The courier will contact you when en route to your delivery location. Please ensure the correct mobile number is on the order.
Please note that despatch may take a little longer if your order requires a large volume of material cuts.

Collection Service
It’s easy to collect your order using our free collection service that can be selected at checkout. To ensure that your order is ready when you come to collect, we ask that you give us a call on 01937 534318 to let us know an approximate collection time. If you need the order same day, then please do give us a call as soon as you’ve placed the order and we will do our upmost to accommodate this. Please note we are based in Wetherby, LS22 7DN and our opening times for collections is Mon-Thurs: 08:30 – 17:00 & Friday: 09:00 - 16:30. On arrival, please park in the reserved Customer parking space, come through the main front door with your order number ready and one of the team will be happy to help you.
Do you cut in any shape? If yes, how can we send the shape and sizes?

Good morning, unfortunately this a a service we cannot provide, we use a guillotine to cut sheets so we are unable to perform internal cuts
Could this be used for an outdoor worktop?
304 has very good corrosion resistance to most oxidizing acids and chloride/ salt spray environments. This grade can be prone to pitting and crevice corrosion, and also stress corrosion cracking in warm chloride environments above 60°C
Hello. What direction is the brushed grain, length or width?
The grain follows the 2.5m length
What is the finish on the edges - if used as a table-topper, are the edges sharp?
The edges will be cleanly cut with our guillotine but will not be filed or finished.
0.9mm Brushed Polished Stainless Steel Sheet 304 - i was thinking of making a kitchen worktop from stainless steel are you able to fold the sheet
Regrettably we cannot fold the sheet or offer any fabrication beyond cutting to your required size (length and breadth cutting). Should you arrange for a fabricator to make the requisite adjustments to the sheet we will gladly ship to them for your convenience.
Will the edges be softened?
We cut our sheet using an industrial guillotine, which produces a clean edge, and we undertake no finishing of the cut edges.
Is the 0.9mm Brushed Polished Stainless Steel Sheet 304 food grade?
We are unable to advise whether our products are suitable for specific projects, however an internet search indicates that grade 304 stainless steel is food grade. If you require more information please refer to a suitable professional.
Is it possible to have each panel with screwholes in each corner and in the middle of each side?
Thank you for your question, unfortunately we do not offer a fabrication service.
Is this the same as the splashback item? The description makes it seem the same but the price is different.
Thank you for your question, the main difference is the thickness. The stainless steel splashback is 0.7mm thick and this item is 0.9mm thick. Hope this helps.
