Standard Delivery
We aim to keep all of the products listed on our website in stock but on fast moving lines there are instances when an item could become out of stock after your order has been placed. On these occasions you will be notified the same day.
Delivery charges start from £10 for standard sized items and from £18.50 for large items (final delivery charge will be calculated at checkout based on item size and location). Whilst orders are despatched on a next day delivery service we cannot guarantee next day delivery. Please be aware delivery can take up to 4 working days (England, Wales and Central Scotland only).
Guaranteed Same & Next Day Delivery
For same day guaranteed delivery, the order must be placed before 12pm and only for particular products. Delivery must be within viable postcodes. Delivery of Heavy Goods and High Value Orders
If your order contains a single item that weighs over 70kg or is over £1000 we will arrange for a specialist courier free of charge. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. The courier will contact you when en route to your delivery location. Please ensure the correct mobile number is on the order.
Please note that despatch may take a little longer if your order requires a large volume of material cuts.

Collection Service
It’s easy to collect your order using our free collection service that can be selected at checkout. To ensure that your order is ready when you come to collect, we ask that you give us a call on 01937 534318 to let us know an approximate collection time. If you need the order same day, then please do give us a call as soon as you’ve placed the order and we will do our upmost to accommodate this. Please note we are based in Wetherby, LS22 7DN and our opening times for collections is Mon-Thurs: 08:30 – 17:00 & Friday: 09:00 - 16:30. On arrival, please park in the reserved Customer parking space, come through the main front door with your order number ready and one of the team will be happy to help you.

I am ordering a stainless steel sheet used for a magnetic board in a kitchen 2150mm L x 650mm W .Can i have the grain going width ways
The Grain follows the 2500mm on the full-sized sheets. As such, on a sheet 2150mm x 650mm the grain can only follow the 2150mm length.

is this magnetic or just a sheet or metal?
Thank you for your question. It is magnetic in the sense a magnet will stick to it, but the board is not a magnet itself.
Can this sheet be painted if I want it to blend into the wall?
Stainless steel is smooth and non-porous and therefore difficult to paint and is normally abraded before doing so. We are unable to advise whether this item would respond well to paint as we do not test the items we supply. Please seek the advice of a suitable professional before making a purchase.
Does this come with pre-drilled screw holes, or some other way to attach it to the wall?
Hello, thank you for your query. Unfortunately we do not offer any fabrication services here but we can deliver to somewhere of your choice that could do this for you! Past customers have used adhesive such as No More Nails to fix this to the wall, or have drilled the holes themselves to screw the sheet to the wall. We hope this helps!
