What we have here is a story with two players. We have Metals4U who could not be more helpful and efficient ... And then we have some genius within the organisation who thinks using Evri as a delivery service is a clever idea. They completely fail to appreciate that no matter how competitively priced the service is, it is not helpful if it doesn't actual delivery things.... So, two orders, both go into the vacuum that is Evri, there no sensible way to make effective contact with planet Evri and poor Metals4U end up sending me two sets of replacements. These arrive efficiently by another courier...... If you saw out local Evri depot, which looks like a refugee camp, you wouldn't use a business that uses them ...
