does this product come with the fastening to secure the clamp, if not what size would I need?: This item does not come with fastenings to attach the clamp to the wall. We have measured the four holes on the base plate and they are 8mm in diameter.

I require 2 wall mount flanges to fit 35mm od pipe which of the listed lengths are suitable: Hello, in theory the tube should fit inside the Size C - 42mm but there will be quite a bit of movement on this and it will not be able to be tightened/secured.
