Do they have metal insert for extra strength: These items are moulded entirely from plastic, there is no metal insert.
Will these connectors fit 20 x 20 x 2.5mm box section, so the internals are 15x15?: Hello. Our tube connectors are sold to suit both 20mm and 25mm aluminium box section with a 1.5 mm thickness. If you are ordering the 20mm connectors you would then need to order the 20mm x 20mm x 1.5mm box section to fit these.
