The importance of good customer care.
Purchased a significant quantity of aluminium angle online recently. Due to an error in the despatch department however, I received a bundle of steel reinforcing rods instead. I then contacted customer services to inform them of the error and the problem was dealt with efficiently and speedily by Katherine who was very helpful and quickly arranged a replacement shipment which arrived promptly next day. Errors do sometimes happen as we are all imperfect humans but Metals4U accepted the error and took prompt & effective corrective action which indicates to me that they have a good customer relations ethic and I would recomend them as a serious and well organised business whom I would fully intend to use again as and when required.
