    Repaired my bike!

I often go biking across the country and after some of the framework began breaking away from my favorite mountain bike I knew I needed to look for something to repair it so gave these guys a call after speaking to my friend who used them for a similar purpose. Very happy I did too because it worked excellently.

Tube Questions

  • Question by Dee Amo on 14/09/2016.

    School project

Last year I built 8 jet engines out of cardboard and polystyrene as a schools finals masterclass project for Essex Council at ProCAT (prospects college of advanced technology) Basildon.

Subsequently the polystyrene engine cases were damaged and I'm hoping to replace all 8 of them with aluminium to the following specs:

44cm diameter tube by 42cm long. (1.5mm thick)

Because 8 tubes are bulky I'm hoping they can be cut into 16 'C' shapes slightly overlapping so they can be drilled by myself and bolted together as a tube and still be 44cm dia.

I've only £300 and it is for schools, required by end September, is there anything you can do?

I do have photos if required.

    Thank you in anticipation,
