When will you deliver?
We aim to keep all of the products listed on our website in stock and Over 90% of orders are dispatched for delivery next working day. But please allow up to 4 days for standard delivery (England wales and central Scotland only). Occasionally if we are awaiting stock of an item delivery may be extended by a few days, if delivery of your order is going to be delayed longer than this one of our customer service staff will contact you to advise of the delay and where possible offer an alternative or a refund.
I need it quick what should I do?
If you need your order quickly simply place the order online as normal then call our customer service team on 01977 600023 quoting your order ID number and we will prioritize your order were possible.
Can I have delivery on a specific day?
If you need your goods delivered on a specific day simply place the order online as normal then call our customer service team on 01977 600023 and we will arrange for your goods to be delivered on the day you request or offer an alternative day.
Can I specify a time for delivery
Unfortunately due to the size and weight of some of our orders we are unable to offer timed delivery slots, deliveries are made between 08.00 and 17.30 Monday to Friday.
Returns
If you are not happy with your order for any reason simply email us via our contact us page then return the goods to us in the condition you receive it together with our goods returns note and we will credit you the value of your order less any carriage charges we may have incurred. Unfortunately we cannot arrange for the collection of unwanted goods. (This does not apply if your items were cut to size or a custom order)
Once your order is ready to be delivered we will ship it using one of several courier services – this again ensures a speedy and affordable service from us to you.
We will confirm your order with the tracking code for your parcel – leaving you in full knowledge of the progress of your order.
Because of the large potential for fraud in the metals market we undertake steps to ensure only genuine orders are fulfilled. We reserve the right to ask to see the card used to make the purchase and a photo id at point of delivery.
Returns
Part of the process that allows us to offer you affordable small-order metals and plastics is that a lot of products are cut to order. Because of this we will only accept products for return if we have supplied the wrong size.
Please always triple check materials, gauge and other dimensions as errors due to customer specification error are not covered by our returns policy.
Shipping
Due to the lengths and weights we transport the majority of our deliveries are made by specialist courier services, therefore it is not always possible to offer a next day delivery on all products.
Free delivery terms and conditions
FREE delivery on orders over £75, excluding VAT, to mainland England, Wales, Central Scotland and the Isle of Wight.
FREE delivery on orders over £150.00, excluding VAT, to the Scottish Highlands.
Free delivery does not apply to any other areas.
