We will confirm your order with the tracking code for your parcel – leaving you in full knowledge of the progress of your order.
Because of the large potential for fraud in the metals market we undertake steps to ensure only genuine orders are fulfilled.

- We reserve the right to ask to see the card used to make the purchase and a photo id at point of delivery.
Returns
Part of the process that allows us to offer you affordable small-order metals and plastics is that a lot of products are cut to order. Because of this we will only accept products for return if we have supplied the wrong size.
Please always triple check materials, gauge and other dimensions as errors due to customer specification error are not covered by our returns policy.
